HOW RIVIERA SYNDICATION WORKS
Riviera syndication has been designed for maximum convenience. Its essential elements are:
A syndication program in a range of Riviera Boats both Flybridge and Sport Yachts in a variety of locations around Australia. |
10 shares available in each boat in mainstream locations eg: Gold Coast – Brisbane etc, with each syndicate member allocated 33 days per year use of their boat, plus standby days via an online booking system. |
12 shares available in boats in remote locations eg Hamilton Island, with 4 weeks usage of their boat every year. |
Time is shared evenly so that everyone has the same entitlements to weekends, public holidays, Easter and Christmas. |
The boat is sold after 3 years with the net sale proceeds being distributed between syndicate members. |
A maintenance and management program is in place to ensure boats are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. |
A training program and ongoing 24/7 support program to provide each syndicate member with the skills, knowledge and confidence to handle their boat safely and confidently. |
Each boat is optioned well above most retail boats in order to provide syndicate members with the latest and best in marine accessories and equipment to enhance their boating experience. |
Options typically include bow and stern thrusters, dinghy and outboard, water maker, dish washer, air conditioning, washer dryer, long range fuel tanks where required, state of the art electronics and more. |
An exchange program is available where syndicate members of a boat can exchange use of their boat with a similar sized boat in an alternate location. |
