Opportunities have become available in 2009 for suitably qualified people to join with the Riviera Group in the establishment of a franchise for Riviera Syndication in selected marinas around Australia.
From the establishment of Rivera Syndication at the 2007 Sanctuary Cove Boat Show, we have been developing our franchise program are now ready to release it to the market.
We have engaged a Brisbane based company who are specialists in the area of franchising, to assist us in formalizing the documentation and systems required prior to going to market. This is a unique opportunity for a selected group of principled people, to form a business relationship with the largest and most respected name in the marine industry in Australia .

April 2008 - update
We are progressing with our documentation for the release of Riviera Syndication franchises and are currently checking that everything is compliant with the changes to the franchise code that were introduced on March the 1st this year. We have received a number of applications to date and appreciate everybody's patience while we finalize this very important stage.
It is our intention to release franchises in a progressive manner to nominated destinations so that we can focus on a particular area in a given time frame. Our program is to establish approximately 20 franchises around Australia over the next 3 to 4 years.
The market response to an opportunity to form a business partnership with the Riviera Group has been extremely positive and we are confident of forming a strong group of franchisees to cater to the expanding market for walk on/walk off syndicated boat ownership.
Our business model is very focused on today's time poor boatie who is seeking a convenient boat ownership program with maintenance and management services and none of the work normally associated with owning a luxury boat.
The locations that we will be focusing on first include:
Brisbane
Surfers Paradise/Southport
Hamilton Island
Pittwater
Port Stephens
Hervey Bay
Mooloolaba
Further locations will be established in due course.
